On a boat trip from Demre around the Kekova region, you may be brought to the beautiful Burc (Burç) Bay, perfectly located between Esmeralda and Gökkaya Bay.
The bay has a typical cove-like style with steep, jagged walls covered in green bushes, giving it the characteristics of a fjord.
If the striking light blue characteristic of the water isn’t tantilising enough, just wait until you take a dip! Burc Bay is an extremely popular swimming spot, and one of the reasons why we like to stop here for some time is so you can enjoy the cooler temperature of the water, which is a result of an underwater mineral source.
Kekova is considered to be a Lycian jewel, and after this visit, we hope you will see why!
